What's kickin' my bopper?

Name's Caliban Chesterfield, 'black magick' enthusiast and spiritual healer in the making.

Until that day arrives, I guess for the moment?...

I'm just Caliban.

Nicknames aren't really my style, its either 'Caliban' or bust I'm afraid.

I've roved far and near.

I've wandered from who I'm truly meant to be.

I'm back to where I once was and I ain't never goin' back to being anything close to 'average'.

Embracing the voices that beckon to you as you slumber,

Strolling into the ethereal with no sense of direction?

True this sort of thing might be solely for those among us with a touch of roughshod iron in our resolve but someone has to be willing to tread where angels and fools refuse to traipse about!

Being at a crossroads for a long while when my spirituality was concerned, I'm taking greater strides to become more in tune with the cosmos and the thin veil that separates us from the beyond.

Espiritismo

These are not meant to be used for evil, although people whom are quick to judge often believe those who take up these forms of magick are inherently evil.

I plan to dedicate myself to the study of these forms of spiritual and ritual magick. I want to help those who are sick find health again. I want to put someone's mind at ease with uplifting words from a guardian spirit.

This is what I'm meant to do.

My form of artistic expression allows me to not only embrace my nature for glamour and possible seduction, it grants me the freedom to allow people a glimpse behind the curtain as to who I really am.

What kind of art style do I favor?

Poetry, prose and literature. Drawing has never held much sway with me I'm afraid, here you'll only find steamy reimaginations of my most wild daydreams and so forth.

Favorite activities to partake in other than creating art?

Working on contacting the ether, getting my spirit in touch with the unknown and what could be within 'the vast beyond'

Shadow boxing and walks after dark,

Dancing around with my headphones secured to my skull,

Experimenting with new forms of divination; currently looking into a non-carnage related form of haruspex, - check it out and open your mind -

Currently well versed in spirit dice, Oracle cards, the Tarot and sigils to be burned.

Mentoring or educating an acolyte into the world of the occult, strange, eccentric and mystical *eerie otherworldly tune plays in the foreground*

Cooking or spending time in the kitchen, food is my favored form of non-traditional artistic medium; flavors and spices are like the carefully selected colorful characters in a novel or the poetic prose popped into a poem - I know its bad for me but I LOVE home-made biscuits and honey, damn delicious with tea and the right strain of THC potent cannabis

Do I have any plans for the future?

*See Puerto Rico and visit a ton of botanicas - places to gather herbs for ceremonies and to ask about 'vital information' / learn about any island lore and legends pertaining to my ancestry,

*See Italy and dance with as many strangers as I can at any parties I can crash

*Spend time in the Caribbean sunshine and turn a couple shades darker

*Run the length of a beach I've never set foot on before

*Rove the forests of Greece with my wits and some spare change to commune with the earth

*Explore Montmarte and parts of Paris that aren't shown in guidebooks

*Spend some time taking in Italy's finer example of living life

What's one thing I'd love to do before I die?

Attend a Voodoo church in Jamaica or Haiti to witness raw magick being performed

A lot of these questions seem posed to make you sound mystical or alluring on purpose, is that really who you are?

I suppose so?... but then again, who can be certain of a somebody who claims they are indeed a nobody when a true nobody is a somebody that merely wants recognition for BEING a former nobody to begin with?

I'm not even sure anymore.
